Terms & Conditions For Competition Submission & Promotion

Please read the following terms and conditions BEFORE submitting a Free Listing or purchasing any upgrade package. Submitted competitions that breach any of these terms will not be published and a refund will be issued (for premium submissions).

Terms for FREE LISTING Submissions:


THE FOLLOWING WILL NOT BE LISTED ON AussieComps.com AS A FREE LISTING. Please submit these types of comps as a 'Bump Up', 'Featured Comp' or 'FC PLUS' listing:

  • Affiliate or referral links.
  • Payment or purchase required comps.
  • Free or paid membership or account signups (free newsletter signups are okay).
  • Comps that use giveaway/promotion software, services or platforms (Woobox, Rafflecopter, Gleam, Vyper etc.) that consist of more than 12 required or optional entry form actions/requirements.
  • Social media comps (Facebook, Instagram etc.) that require entrants to 'Like' or 'Follow' more than 6 social media pages (the promoter's and/or other pages) to enter.

General Terms & Conditions for ALL Competition Submissions:


  • AussieComps.com reserves the right to modify or edit listings from their original form. This may be done for any or all of the following reasons:
    1.) remove emojis, symbols and non-standard fonts (that are not compatible with the listing script).
    2.) remove hyperlinks, website addresses, tags and email addresses (that are not compatible with the listing script).
    3.) remove excessive content that is not relevent to the competition or giveaway.
    4.) correct typos and/or grammatical errors.
    5.) other reasons as required, at our discretion.
  • Listings on the AussieComps.com website are promoted/listed in order of their status and oldest submission time/date. 'Featured Comp' and 'FC PLUS' listings are always at the top of the 'All Comps' and their relevant category page followed by 'Bump Up' listings and finally Free listings below any premium listings;
  • All competition listing URLs (website links) are converted to a unique AussieComps.com shortened URL link by default;
  • AussieComps.com will not list or promote any competitions or giveaways that do not accept Australian entrants or require collection of prize/s from outside of Australia.
  • AussieComps.com will not promote competitions that are run by or using Cohort Digital, Brandleaders, Brand Selectors, Rokt/tomorro.com, TrendGetters Pty Ltd, xlWin, Rewards Giant, RewardFlux or Equifax Australia Marketing Services (offersnow.com.au, ReachTEL, Datalicious, MINT Australia etc.);
  • AussieComps.com will not promote competitions from any 'Complete These Offers' or 'Claim Your Reward' or 'Claim Your Prize' entities where the "Prize" must be validated by completing multiple steps (via redirections or direct links) to "Free" trial or any type of free or paid offer/s and/or signup/s;
  • AussieComps.com will not promote competitions where the exact prize/s are not stipulated or the total number of prize/s are not stipulated (eg. Mystery prize/s, '1 in 25 wins' etc.) ;
  • AussieComps.com will not promote any type of competitions where winner/s are required to provide Credit Card, Bank Details, PayPal account or any other type of payment provider to claim or receive prize/s that have been won (excluding initial sign-up fees for pay-to-enter giveaways and/or shipping costs where required);
  • AussieComps.com will not promote competitions that require SMS messaging or Premium telephone call/s to enter;
  • AussieComps.com is not liable for the content of any submitted competition links and/or the content on the social media posts, website pages etc. where the competition links directly or indirectly to;
  • AussieComps.com, at our own discretion, will not list competitions, links to competitions or website advertising that contain or link to anything objectionable in nature. This includes, but is not limited to, comps promoting or encouraging pornography, violence, bullying, illegal activities or the intolerance of race/gender/sexuality etc;
  • Due to every competition having different demographics and varying popularity based on the type of competition, value of the prize/s on offer and method/s of entry, AussieComps.com is unable to guarantee or estimate a minimum of competition or referral link clicks, competition page (website or social media) visits, newsletter subscribers, new social media followers, number of competition entrants etc.
  • AussieComps.com recommends that comp promoters setup their own tracking and monitoring (if it is required) OR request Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) analytics parameters added to their comp's URL.
  • AussieComps.com may collect some personal information from Comp Promoters for billing purposes and/or to administer their competition listing/s on the AussieComps.com website. Information from the Comp Promoter will usually be limited to basic details about their business and/or website/social media pages and/or their competition/s and NOT personally identifiable information (“PII”).
