AussieComps.com is committed to providing quality services to you, the end user (“Compers”) and competition promoters (“Promoters”).

Personal Information Collected:

Personal Information is information that identifies an individual. The AussieComps.com website currently has neither a login (member) section or a newsletter signup and, as such, DOES NOT collect any personal information from Compers.

Some personal information may be collected from Promoters to administer their competition listing/s on the AussieComps.com website however information from the Promoter will usually be limited to basic details about their business and/or website/social media pages and/or their competition/s and NOT personally identifiable information (“PII”).

If any PII about the Promoter is collected (including names, addresses, email addresses, phone etc.) it will only be used for competition administration and/or billing purposes and will be deleted no more than 30 days after the competition has ended.

Sensitive Information:

AussieComps.com DOES NOT collect any Sensitive information about Compers or Promoters as defined in the Privacy Act. This may include information or opinion about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.

Third Parties:

AussieComps.com DOES NOT provide Personal Information to any third parties. Third parties that are running a competition and have their link/s on the AussieComps.com website may collect Personal Information from Compers for competition administration, marketing and prize fulfilment purposes. AussieComps.com is NOT responsible for information collected directly by third parties and Compers should read the third party’s Privacy Policy.

Security of Personal Information:

Any Personal Information collected from a Promoter is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Personal Information and Business Informatuion from a Promoter is or will be stored in local (offline) client files which will be kept for a maximum of 30 days from the end of the Promoter’s competition listing expiring on the AussieComps.com website.

Access to Your Personal Information:

Promoters may access the Personal Information we hold about you and/or your business and/or website/social accounts to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us via email at aussiecomps@pm.me.

AussieComps.com will not charge any fee for your access request.

AussieComps.com will require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
